The company behind Weik.io

Weik.io is made by Adafy Oy, a Finnish software company founded in Jyväskylä in 2012. Weik.io started in Adafy's integration projects, where the same problems came back in project after project, and the first Weik.io installation went into production in January 2018.

Releases 2023.1 to 2026.1 add managed file transfer, the entity store, API management, event channels and change tracking.

Release 2026.2.0, with integrations as folders of Camel files in Git, environments and promotion, and a hub on one, three or five servers.

From 2018 to 2026.2

Release 2022.1 ran integration flows on agents in the cloud, on premises or in both. The releases up to 2026.1 added WebJobs for background tasks, managed file transfer, the entity store and Apache Camel 4.0 in 2023, API management 1.0.0 in December 2024, and event channels, event subscriptions, database change tracking and webhooks in 2025.

Since release 2026.2 in October 2026, an integration is a folder of Apache Camel files with immutable versions, environments and promotion, and the weikio CLI applies it from Git. The hub runs on one, three or five servers, and sites connect out to it on port 443. Every integration has its own logs, metrics and traces, people sign in through single sign-on, and the audit log records every change.
