The weik.io website sets no cookies, loads no third-party trackers and keeps the personal data you send through its forms only as long as the conversation needs it. Updated 28 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Adafy Oy, Business ID 2480016-8, Lutakonaukio 1, 40100 Jyväskylä, Finland, is the controller of the personal data the website collects. You can reach the company at info@weik.io.
Visits to the website
The website counts visits with cookieless analytics hosted in the European Union. They work without a cookie and without an identifier that follows you from one site to another, so the website needs no cookie banner. No advertising or social media tracker is on any page.
The pages, the fonts and the search index are served from weik.io itself. The University videos play from weik.io's own content delivery network.
What stays in your browser
The website keeps the theme you choose and the University videos you have watched, with the position in each, in your browser's local storage. The contact page keeps a copy of your message in the tab's session storage so that the confirmation page can show it, and the browser removes that copy when you close the tab. None of this is sent to Adafy Oy, and clearing the site's data in your browser removes it.
The contact form
The contact form sends your name, your work e-mail address, your company, the topic you choose and your message. Adafy Oy uses them to answer you and, when you ask for one, to arrange a demo, a call or an offer. The legal basis is Adafy Oy's legitimate interest in answering the people who contact it, and the steps you ask for before an agreement.
The form is processed by a form service hosted in the European Union, which sends the message to the Weik.io team's mailbox. Adafy Oy keeps a message for as long as the conversation and any customer relationship that follows it need, and deletes it at the latest two years after the last message.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data Adafy Oy has about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a machine-readable form. Send the request to info@weik.io. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
Weik.io Cloud
Weik.io Cloud has its own privacy policy and a data processing agreement for the data that customers keep in their workspaces.
Changes
Adafy Oy can update this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
