What it means#
A backend node has audit records that the audit log didn’t take yet. The node keeps them and sends them when it can, but until then the audit log misses those changes.
What raises it#
The oldest waiting record has waited a minute. It becomes an error after 15 minutes, or at once while a record is held only in the node’s memory or the node can’t keep new records. The node raises it itself, and with a metric store every other node raises it too.

The audit log is kept in the hub’s message storage, so the cause is usually a message server that the node can’t reach or a storage that is full. Fix that, and the node sends what waited.
