What it means#
A backend process of the hub has stopped. On a hub of several servers, the others keep serving, but the hub has lost part of its capacity and its high availability.
What raises it#
The metric store hasn’t seen the node for 90 seconds. A node replaced by a new container on the same server, as an upgrade does, doesn’t count, and a node of a server that was removed leaves the list 7 days after it was last seen. The problem needs the hub’s metric store, which every installation has unless it was set up without one.
What to check#
See every part of the hub with its status:
$ weikio platform healthOn the hub server, in the stack’s folder, check the backend:
$ docker compose ps backend
$ docker compose logs --tail 100 backendHow to fix it#
Start the backend again on the server the detail names:
$ docker compose up -d backend
